Jeff Miguelino, owner of Monumental Exteriors, brings decades of experience to your project. His education in the residential roof industry began in the early 80’s, as he worked for several roofing contractors. During this time he was taught the proper installation techniques and how they should be applied to different types of roofs in the residential market. Of course, with every new job he began working as a laborer, stripping the shingles, cleaning up debris and bringing materials to the more experienced roofers, but his hard work finally paid off and he was promoted to a journeyman installer and eventually worked his way into a lead roofer position. 

During this time Jeff was exposed to different types of roofing, asphalt shingles, EPDM (rubber roofing for flat roofs), hot tar, cedar shake, slate and synthetic shingles, etc. Jeff was also trained on the different technics of proper roof repairs, depending on the severity of the damage there could be a simple patch all the way up to a full replacement. 

Jeff’s experience includes not only roofing but the entire exterior building envelope, including siding and windows. He understands the value of combining high-quality products with expert installation techniques to protect your home from the elements and make it more energy efficient.
